Our trip with the neighbors to Dale Hollow

We have started taking a trip to a lake as a getaway with the neighbors. This is the third year we taken a weekend to a lake so I guess this is an annual event with our neighbors as long as we are able.

This year we went to Dale Hollow. The day we left was overcast and later the sun was out bright.

The cabin was very nice and the front porch turned out to become a place we would come to enjoy even more as the rain decided to show up later in the weekend.

It started raining the night after we arrived. It basically rained on and off the last two days of our trip. The porch was a great place to relax read and chat. The trip was a great success even though it rained because with good friends rain won’t get you down.
